   Good day sir/lady

   I installed a single garage door from you guys about 11 years ago. I have been servicing it yearly and the PC board broke about 2 years ago which I replaced to get a few more years out of the motor.

   My question is this. Is there a certain lifetime on this product with all it’s moving parts(the shaft pulling the door up, the bearings, the springs)? Why I am asking is that in the last week the door started making a very weird noise that sounds to me like trouble on its way.

   I was wondering if you guys have someone in the Wellington area sometime to maybe come and have a look? What would it cost approximately if this person can tell me if its repairable or needs to be replaced?

   The motor that is in use is the Digidoor 2 version.

   I await your reply on the above.
